Do you have questions about the receivables calculator functions? Here you will find the most important answers. If you have questions about ordering Premium subscriptions, please click here.

Click "Forgot password?" in the top right corner of the DEBICARE calculator. You will then receive an email and can set a new password. This function is available if you placed your order online.

If your user account was originally sent to you as part of a PDF order, password reset is not available through this process. In that case, please contact us directly.

You can end your session using the "Log out" button. This deletes all currently entered data. The same happens if you do not enter any data for at least 120 minutes.

For security reasons, your data is stored only temporarily and is automatically removed after no later than 120 minutes of inactivity.

If you want to save a statement of claim for later editing, open the "Load & Save" tab and click "Download receivables account". This function is available only with Premium. A ZIP archive with the name of your statement of claim will then be downloaded. Please check your browser settings for the download location.

To load a saved receivables account again, return to the "Load & Save" tab and select the file via "Load bookings".

This function is not available in DEBICARE, including the Premium package. However, we do offer this function in our digital case management solution. Please visit our website for more information.
It is not possible to create a payment plan in DEBICARE.
Please check the dates of the bookings you entered in the booking list. Even small date deviations can affect the calculation of the statement of claim.
Please check the date of the affected booking in the booking list. Bookings with an unsuitable date may not be included in the statement of claim.
Please check the dates in your booking list as well as the "Calculate until" date in the statement of claim. Implausible or contradictory date values often cause this message.
Please check the interest start date in the affected claim. If there is no valid interest start date, no interest can be calculated.
Please check your browser's download settings. The file may already have been downloaded automatically and saved to your default download folder without an additional dialog.

This message usually appears if your user account is active on multiple devices or in multiple browser sessions at the same time.

After using DEBICARE, always "Log out" before closing the browser. Only then is the license released immediately instead of after the automatic logout following 120 minutes of inactivity.

If the message still appears even though you have already logged out on other devices, first save your receivables account, log out on the current device, and then log in again via "Premium Login". You can then load your saved receivables account again and continue editing it.

If an error message appears when loading a receivables account, use the search field in the booking list to find the booking name mentioned in the message. The affected bookings are also highlighted in red in the list.

Then open the faulty booking for editing and correct the field mentioned in the error message. After that, you can run the import again.
